MAN ON THE STREET BRANDING EFFORT
A major tactic of San Antonio’s economic development strategy, Forefront SA is marketing and branding our city. While a comprehensive branding effort is being led by the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation (SAEDF), we at EDD embarked on a mission to gather input and feedback from every day citizens and visitors to help support SAEDF’s comprehensive branding effort.
To gather this information, EDD staff conducted “Man on the Street” style interviews that gathered feedback on what people felt was special about San Antonio.
From May to August 2016, 348 video recordings captured over 15 events that represented 117 zip codes across all City Council Districts. Interviews were conducted in English and, when needed, Spanish.
