For one night only, a vacant space will go from empty to fabulous through an incredible event full of art, music, and fashion. The Center City Development Office, the Department for Culture and Creative Development , the Office of Historic Preservation, in conjunction with REATA and Federal Realty are hosting the second Center City Open House event, which will take place on Tuesday, October 15th, from 6:00- 8:00 p.m. on the top floor of the historic Kress Building. This unique event will provide a matchmaking opportunity for developers to meet downtown property owners and showcase the potential of historic and underutilized downtown buildings.
Fresh from New York Fashion Week, Couture by Calley is back in town to stage a dynamic runway show for the event. The event will also feature a Pop up Shop by Bonjour Biqui that will display custom-made designs through a unique art installation. Artists Sarah Castillo and Roberto Marquez will add new life to the Kress Building windows with a dynamic X MARKS THE ART: “Light and Technology” installation. The event will also give guests an exclusive opportunity to enjoy complimentary drinks from Branchline Brewery and Cinco Vodka with complimentary hors d’oeuvres by Texas de Brazil.

Parking: Downtown Tuesday offers free parking every Tuesday from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am at downtown City-operated parking garages, lots and meters. Park at the 240 E. Houston Street garage FREE, just steps away from Kress Building.
